摘要

目前，智能手机、平板电脑等智能移动终端已经渗入到人们日常生活的每个角落。在教育领域，慕课已经成为了研究热点，在全国范围内引起了科研学者的广泛关注。本文对“慕课嵌入式”人才培养模式进行分析和研究，结合人才培养模式的内涵，对其内容进行构建，并对实施人才培养模式过程存在的困难提出了相应的对策。

Abstract

At present, smart phones, tablet PCs and other smart mobile terminals have penetrated into every corner of people's daily lives. In the field of education, MOOCs has become a hot research topic, which has attracted wide attention of scientific research scholars in the whole country. In this paper, the " MOOCs embedded" for talent cultivation model is analyzed and researched, combining with the connotation of talents cultivation model. And the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the difficulty of the implementation of personnel training mode.
