In order to study the situation and development trend of the backward data traffic of operators. This paper illustrates the definition of backward data traffic and its background. Then it summes up two kinds of business form and operating mode combining with the backward data traffic of the domestic operators. Finally, it analyzes the development ideas of the domestic operation in backward data traffic.
