针对传统教学中以教为中心，评价方法单一，忽略学生在学习中的主体地位等问题，对高职院校学生特点进行 分析，从保证学生课前学习、课堂练习、实践考核等多个方面进行讨论，提出了在高职院校Windows 课程中翻转课堂应用的方 法。

Aiming at the problems of traditional teaching such as taking teaching as center, the evaluation method being simple, and the dominant position of students in the study being ignored, this paper analyzes the characteristics of students in vocational colleges, discusses how to ensure the students' pre-class learning, practice, practice in class, assessment and so on. It presents a method applying the flipped classroom in theWindows curriculum in vocational colleges.
