在高校在校生规模不断扩大的背景下，如何利用网络教学环境，设计出符合高校教学的在线答疑系统，是值得 研究的问题。文章通过对高校传统答疑方式存在问题进行剖析，设计出一个基于Struts2 和Spring 的在线答疑系统，着重介绍 了系统的功能设计、数据库设计及难点重点的实现方法等内容。

With the increasing scale of college students, how to make use of the network teaching environment and design the online question answering system which is in line with the college teaching is a problem worthy of study. This paper analyzes the problems of traditional question answering system in colleges and universities, designs a system based on Struts2 and Spring, and focuses on the functions of the system design, database design and the realization method of key points.
