本文主要研究高校教师信息化水平的结构与特征，并以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例，对该校教师的信息化水 平的现状进行调查分析，依据调查结果制定适合该校教师的信息化水平测评指标，同时根据不同的测评等级制定针对性的信 息化水平培训方案，从而构建一套完善的教师信息化水平测评体系。

This paper mainly studies the structure and characteristics of teacher information level in university. Taking Suzhou Chien-shiung Institute of Technology as an example, according to the survey results, we make a survey and analysis of the level of information. We develop targeted information level training program according to different levels of evaluation, so as to build a comprehensive evaluation system of teacher information level.
