摘要

在气水反冲洗V 型滤池设置适当的在线检测仪表,采用先进的PLC 自动控制系统,通过调节清水阀的开度保 证恒水位过滤过程。滤池反冲洗时,采用合适的冲洗方法(单水或气、水反冲)和冲洗强度,既能有效地冲去积泥,又能保存滤 料表面一定的生物膜,以保证后期过滤效果。

Abstract

Appropriate online measuring instruments are provided in air-water backwashing V-filters to ensure a constant water level of the filtering process by adjusting the opening of clean water valves using advanced PLC automatic control system. When airwater backwashing process is performed, appropriate washing methods and intensities are employed to wash away the deposition while maintaining certain amount of biofilms on the surface of the filter medium to ensure later filtration effect
