课程答疑不仅仅是课堂教学上一个不可缺少的环节，同时也是网络教学中重要的一部分。如何在网络课程教 学中开展高效率的课程答疑已经成为网络教学中一个重要的问题。本文介绍了基于Struts2 框架的课程答疑系统的设计与实 现。系统采用HTML，DIV, CSS，Ajax，JavaScript，JSP 等相关技术进行编程，实现了用户的登陆、注册、关键字搜索、文件的上 传、权限控制、动态导航内容等功能；使用MySQL 数据库进行管理，实现了管理员对课程、内容和用户信息的管理功能。该系 统有效克服了课堂教学时答疑受时间、地点限制的弊端，便于师生之间进行在线互动。

Course question answering is not only a process of classroom teaching but also an important part of web- based course. How to carry out question answering efficiently in web-based course has been an important problem for web-based course building. This paper introduces the design and implementation of the course question answering system based on Struts2 framework. The system uses the technologies such as HTML, DIV, CSS，Ajax，JavaScript，JSP etc., to realize the user login and register, keyword searching, files uploading, access controlling, dynamic navigation content and other functions. The system uses MySQL database to manage the courses, content and user information. It overcomes the shortcomings of time and place limitations in classroom teaching, making convenience for the online communication between teachers and students.
