联通初期尤其是合并前的网通为了快速投入运营，大多地市采取租赁的方式进行机房建设。随着联通自身发 展和机房扩容、租赁合同难续约等等，此类机房逐步被割接搬迁，本文对某具体机房设备搬迁案例及流程进行分析。

In the early stage of China Unicom, especially before the merger of China Netcom, in order to quickly put into operation, most of the cities lease the machine rooms. With the development of China Unicom, the expansion of machine room, and the rental contract renewal and so on, the machine rooms are gradually cutover and relocated. This paper analyzes the process of a specific machine room equipment relocation cases.
