摘要

移动通信已成为发展最迅速的领域,随着3G、4G 基站数量的增多,人们环保安全意识的增强,建站成本日渐 增加。而国内现有基站建站模式存在占地面积大、不能移动调配、无法重复使用、人工登高作业不安全等缺点,已经越来越不 能满足建设的要求。为此,对基站液压升降系统、天馈线同步卷绕系统、自装卸机构、伸缩塔体等技术进行了研究,开发出了基 于传感技术的可视化操作的自动升降型基站,集成了多种传感器、可视化操作PLC、天线远程调控设备、基站节能系统等,较好 地解决了基站建设所面临的“征地难、选址难、成本压力、环保安全压力、节能降耗压力”等困难。

Abstract

Mobile communication has become the most rapid development field. As the number of 3G and 4G base stations is increasing, people’s environmental protection safety awareness is being getting enhanced and the base station construction cost is growing day by day. While the existing base station construction pattern in China has problems of large floor spaces, failure of mobility and deployment, inability of repeated use and uneasy manual climbing operation etc., which fails to meet the construction requirements. Therefore, our company researches on technologies of hydraulic lifting system of base station, antenna feeder synchronizing winding system, self-loading and unloading mechanism and flexible tower body etc., and develops the automatic lifting base station with visual operation based on sensor technology which integrates many types of sensors, visual operation PLC, antenna long-distance regulation equipments, base station energy saving system etc. It solves difficulties of“land acquisition, site selection, cost pressure, environmental protection safety pressure, energy-saving and cost-reducing pressure”, thus is a good upgrade and update product.
