With the explosion of knowledge and technology, lifelong learning becomes the trend. How to learn selectively in the knowledge ocean is the problem that every person in career must face. Learning path is a new tool for enterprise training. This paper builds a multilayer learning path system based on the typical learning path form the perspective of career development, and gives an example to explain the basic architecture.
