本文主要阐述了浅水观察级ROV 的功能及设计方案。重点介绍了ROV 的舱体设计与仿真,磁耦合防水推
进器的原理及设计方案。ROV 主要功能为图像采集并传输到地面站。本方案改变了传统的模拟图像传输方式,改用数字图
像采集,使用TCP/IP 协议传输。为了提高传输距离,缆线采用了光缆。数字图像采集使用了开源的openwrt 系统实现。本方
案有效提高了数据的传输效率,同时实现控制信号的同步传输
Abstract
This paper mainly expounds the function and design of shallow observation ROV. It introduces the design and simulation
of ROV module, principle and design of magnetic coupling waterproof propeller. The main function of ROV is image acquisition
and transmission to the ground station. This scheme has changed the traditional way of analog image transmission, using digital
image acquisition and TCP/IP protocol instead. In order to improve the transmission distance, it uses the optical cable. Digital image
acquisition is realized by open source openwrt system. This scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of data transmission, and
realize the synchronous transmission control signal.
