作为通过电子商务平台完成交易的一种国际商业活动，跨境电子商务近年来发展迅速，为了应对这一发展，构 建开放型经济新体制，我国开始逐步建立“跨境电子商务综合试验区”。基于此，本文主要对影响跨境电商综合实验区发展水 平的因素进行分析，期望通过制度、管理、服务创新，对跨境电商综合实验区的发展起到促进作用。

As a kind of international business activities through the electronic commerce platform, cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years.In response to this development, China began to gradually establish a comprehensive pilot area of cross-border e-commerce" and build a new open economic system. This paper mainly analyze the influence factors of the level of cross-border electricity suppliers in the experimentation area.The expectations of this paper is that the development of system, management, service innovation could play a role in promoting to cross-border electricity suppliers .
