设计开发生殖医学中心管理系统，实现从预约、挂号、接诊、诊疗、助孕手术、胚胎冷冻、术后随访等所有环节的 信息化管理。采用Client/Server 体系结构，以SQL SERVER 作为后台数据库，应用Visual Basic 6.0 和Crystal Report7.0 为前台 开发工具开发系统的各模块。建立生殖医学中心管理系统，经过三甲医院生殖医学中心的实际应用，取得了良好效果，实现了 医学生殖中心的业务电子化、就诊有序化、管理规范化、决策科学化。

This paper designs the management system of reproductive medicine center, realizing the information management for all links including reservation, registration, reception, diagnosis, treatment, assisted reproduction operation, embryo cryopreservation, post-operation appointment, etc. It uses Client/Server as architecture, SQL SERVER as backend database, and Visual Basic 6.0 and Crystal Report 7.0 as the front platform developing tools, to develop different system modules. The system achieves good results in Reproductive Medicine Center of grade III-A hospitals. It can implement E-transactions, orderly diagnosis, standardized management and scientific policy-making.
