As the social division of labor is thinning, the demand of application-oriented undergraduate talents is increasing. Based on the characteristics and training objectives of the application-oriented undergraduate talents, this paper expounds the teaching method and practice of application-oriented undergraduate, and the construction of teaching staff.

随着社会分工越来越细，应用型本科人才需求越来越多。本文从应用型本科人才的特点、培养目标出发，阐述了应用型本科教学方法和教学实践，以及针对应用型本科教学的师资队伍建设。
