本文介绍了基于Web 的毕业选题系统的应用背景，阐述了Web 的现状和各种开发技术，采用现在流行的ASP. NET 和SQL Server 数据库技术，设计并实现了学生题目查询和搜索、题目选择修改删除、教师题目的申报修改、管理员对选题 的监控等等功能。这些功能使得网上毕业设计选题系统简单实用。从而加强毕业设计的管理，提高教师的工作效率，降低教 师的工作量。

This paper introduces the background of the graduation subject system based on Web, and elaborates the present situation of Web and various development technologies. It uses ASP.NET and SQL Server to deign and implement the function of subjects inquiring and searching, subjects modifying and deleting, subjects declaring, subjects monitoring by administrators, etc. These functions make the system more simplified and practical, thus strengthening the management of graduation design, improving the efficiency of the teachers, and reducing their workload.
