通过SaaS 和广州市教科网的简要介绍，针对教科网内用户众多、业务需求相似度较高的特点，提出构建基于 SaaS 模式的教育管理平台，并对平台的服务模式、功能、架构、数据库和优势进行了阐述。希望能为教育行业在开展信息化建 设和提高教科网使用效率方面提供借鉴。

With the introduction of SaaS and Guangzhou education and research network, aiming at the characteristics of large populations of users and higher similarity of business in Guangzhou education and research network, this paper proposes the education management platform based on SaaS, and describes the platform service model, features, architecture, database and advantages, hoping to provide a reference for the education sector in developing information technology and improving the efficiency of education and research network.
