摘要
食品安全关系社会稳定,在国内外均受广泛关注。针对当下普遍存在的食品质量回溯难、可控性差等问题,尝
试借助物联网技术,构建一个泛在环境下食品质量监管系统,实现对食品原料采购、生产、运输、销售全生命周期的食品质量监
管。在充分分析食品质量监管之需求的基础上,给出了系统的功能结构,并对系统实现的关键技术物联网体系架构进行了重
点阐述。本系统能够为食品质量监管工作提供有力可靠的保障。
Abstract
Food safety is related to social stability, which is subject to wide attention at home or aboard. According to the problems
of hard backtracking and poor controllability for the food quality, this essay tries to introduce networking into food quality detection,
which can realize the quality supervision in whole life cycle of food raw materials procurement, production, transportation
and sales. On the base of a full analysis of the demand of food quality supervision, the structure of the system has been determined.
And the key techniques of the system implementation network architecture are mainly discussed. The system can provide a reliable
guarantee for the supervision of food quality.
