摘要

针对我国高校培养的软件人才难以满足企业实际岗位需求这一情况,本文以合肥学院软件工程专业为例,阐 述了模块化教学改革的实施思路,探讨了其中的专业能力标准构建、模块化课程体系构建、教学方法改革和自主拓展学习等实 际举措,指出模块化教学改革可以有效培养具有较强应用创新能力和岗位适应能力的软件工程应用型人才。

Abstract

The software talents cultivated by Chinese universities can not satisfy the practical post requirement of enterprise. In this paper, we take the software engineering specialty of Hefei University as an example to introduce the implementation idea of teaching reform based on modularization. Then, we discuss some practical measures of reform which includes specialty ability standard construction, modularized curriculum system construction, teaching method reform and autonomous expansive learning, etc. Finally, we indicate that the modularization-based teaching reform can efficiently cultivate applied talents with strong application innovation ability and post adaptability in software engineering.
