为了解决高性能计算环境下的“资源饥饿”问题，介绍了若干负载均衡策略，配合原有的轮询算法并对其进行改进，提出了一种基于动态反馈的负载均衡策略。在云环境各个节点性能不一、提供的网络服务所访问的资源多样化的情况下，基于反馈机制的负载均衡能起到显著效果。

In order to tackle so-called “resource starvation” problem, this paper introduces a number of load balance strategies, and presents a dynamic feedback-based load balance strategy. By experiments, feedback-based load balance strategy plays a significant role in circumstances of different nodes and diverse network services.
