摘要社会保障卡是方便人民群众享受社会保障和人力资源服务权益的有效凭证，在人社“互联网+”应用快速发展的今天，以社保卡的互联网认证为核心，推动安全应用体系建设，实现覆盖全国的社保卡安全受理环境，完善和丰富网络应用，完成服务从线下网点向线上网络延伸，确保安全、便捷和高效，具有重要意义。

Abstract：Social security card is authoritative for the convenience of the people to enjoy social security and human resources service rights. With the rapid development of "Internet +" application, it is important to take the internet authentication of social security card as the core, promote the construction of security application system, achieve the nationwide security acceptance environment for social security card, improve and enrich network applications, and complete services from offline outlets to line network extension.
