Delphi method, Analytic Hierarchy Process and entropy weight method are used to construct the risk factor evaluation system and determine the index weight of T Company’s software project implementation. A set of risk factor evaluation index system
for software project implementation is constructed, which is composed of four primary indexes of financial risk, technical risk, management risk and external risk, and 20 secondary indexes of demand risk, function realization risk, internal personnel risk and customer personnel risk and so on. A set of risk factor evaluation index system for software project implementation is established, improving the risk management level of T Company’s software project implementation, and providing guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
