Abstract In view of the relatively complicated personnel management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), this pa- per designs a personnel management system for SMEs to solve this problem. Firstly, the requirements of the system are analyzed, and the feasibility of the system is described. Secondly, the functional structure and database structure of the system are designed. Fi- nally, the realization of the system is given. This paper has a certain positive significance for software developers and personnel man- agers of SMEs.
