Abstract：In the present times,application of computer and network technology is widely used in various fields of social life, and
have played an irreplaceable important role. The current whole world has entered the digital age. Education is a fundamental of state,
is a country's future. Education itself assume the burden of outputing more talents for the country and social pillars. Therefore education
should advance with the times, the implementation of digital reform. This paper chooses private colleges and universities as a
starting point to analyze the current situation of Private Colleges digital learning, digital learning process to analyze the current problems
and the feasibility of countermeasures.
