【 Abstract 】　In order to meet the needs of production safety emergency rescue command and emergency management requirements, according to the emergency disposal process of production safety incident, combined with the actual situation of Guangzhou informatization construction of production safety, this paper analyzes and designs the overall architecture and software platform of Guangzhou safety emergency rescue command system, and develops a set of feasible system design solutions with the business systems such as WebGIS emergency command and monitoring management.
