需求跟踪方法探索与实践

摘要需求跟踪是项目管理中对开发过程的管理，包括编制每个需求与系统元素之间的联系文档并进行跟踪管理。分析了需求跟踪目标，给出了可行的需求跟踪方法，对CMM需求跟踪进行了简化，并分析比较了常见的跟踪工具。

Abstract：In project management, requirement tracking is the management for the development process, including editing the document of the link between each element and the system requirements, and tracking the management. This paper analyzes the demand tracking target, giving the possible demand tracking method. The CMM requirements trace ability is simplified, and the common tracking tool is analyzed and compared.
