构建泛在网铁路安全监测系统的研究

摘要分析了我国铁路安全监测系统的现状，探讨了将泛在网架构应用于铁路安全监测系统，利用3G、Wi-Fi等公用网络的无线高带宽，构建实时的车载、轨道、电力、环境等监测与预警的新网络，提升铁路安全监测能力。

Abstract：This article analyzes the condition of the railway safety monitoring system at present; then discusses the construction of real-time application of safety monitoring and early-warning system with ubiquitous network and public wireless wideband network (3G,Wi-Fi, etc.）. This new system will largely improve railway safety level．
