Abstract：This research is based on the real network environment of Sichuan Electromechanical Institute of Vocational and Technology. The author has done a lot of research and experiment in network topology auto-discovery and self-management. This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the network conditions of the college. It explores on the machine auto-discovery techniques and the network optimization management in a realistic network environment. And it gives ideas for further improvement of the multi-protocol discovery system.
