摘要本文以惠州市“平安惠州”治安视频监控系统为基础，探讨了高清网络监控、无线移动视频监控、视频光汇聚、视频智能化、异构系统的整合、综合警用地理信息系统、综合应用平台等技术在该系统中如何得到发展，更好地服务于 “平安惠州”治安视频监控系统的建设和应用。

Abstract：The paper is based on the public security video monitoring of Huizhou. It analyzes how the development and trend of H-DV network video monitoring、the Wireless mobile video monitoring、the Light gathering for video monitoring、the Intelligent of video monitoring、the Integration of heterogeneous video monitoring、the Comprehensive police geography information systems(PGIS) and the Comprehensive application platform move towards practical, so they can best serve the construction and the application for the public security video monitoring of Huizhou.
