Abstract：As mobile phones’ functions are more and more powerful, development and application of mobile phone application are getting more and more popular , but there is no unified standard for applications developed and there are a lot of problems in mobile phone application design until now . This brings much cognitive friction to user experience . In order to improve usability of mobile phone application ,this paper tries to point out an effective evaluative criteria specialized for mobile phone considering the feature of mobile phone and user’ operating custom, it is proved to be significative in mobile phone application design by a mobile phone application design example . and it can improve the usability of mobile phone application and user experience at last .
