某大型石油石化集团企业化工客户技术服务系统设计与开发

摘要以某大型石油石化集团企业化工客户技术服务业务为背景，论文从客户信息管理、质量投诉管理、产品资料管理、新产品需求管理四方面进行了客户技术服务业务协同工作模式研究，构建了客户技术服务生产、销售、研发一体化协同工作模式。在此基础上，论文基于模型-视图-控制器-服务（MVCS）的软件设计模式以及基于中间件的数据集成技术，进行了客户技术服务系统的设计与开发。

Abstract：Taking the chemical customer technical services of a large-scale petrochemical group enterprise as the background， the paper constructs a work mode of production-sales-research cooperation focused on customer information management， quality complaint management， product data management and new product demand management． On this base， the chemical customer technical services system is designed and developed based on Model-View-Controller-Service(MVCS) design patterns and middleware data integration methods．
