天津电子信息及通信产业分析

摘要电子信息产业是天津八大支柱产业之一，主要集中于滨海新区的天津经济技术开发区和滨海高新技术产业开发区，其中移动通信制造业在整个电子信息产业中占据举足轻重的地位。天津电子信息产业在取得成绩的同时，存在着产业结构布局不平衡、受外资影响大和技术创新性不高等问题。“十二五”期间，天津将着力产业优化、努力实现二次创业。

Abstract：Electronics and information industry is one of the eight pillar industries in Tianjin and is mainly located in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area and Binhai High-tech Industrial Development Zones of Binhai New Area．The manufacturing Industry in mobile communication counts for much in the whole electronics and information industry．There are achievements in Electronics and information industry in Tianjin，nevertheless，unbalanced distribution of the industrial structure， being strongly influenced by foreign investments and low technological innovativeness are still problems．During the 12th Five-Year S&T Development Plan，Tianjin will focus on the optimization of industry and start a new undertaking．
