Abstract：With the development of the urbanization and the rapid changes in national needs，how to adjust the cost of car spare parts inventory management，thereby significantly reducing the cost of automobile automotive supply chain become a vital issue．This paper analyzes the supply chain，design，combination of ABC classification and the classification of CVA classification inventory management．It also recommends the establishment of information sharing，based on the genetic algorithm to determine the safety stock，order point and order quantity to optimize spare parts inventory to reduce vehicle costs．
