摘要本文就是围绕着如何让计算机与医学影像诊断结合展开介绍的，更清楚的表现了计算机技术在影像诊断上发展与应用。目的本文将Web技术引入医学图像远程诊断系统，开发建立在B／S(Browser／Server浏览器服务器)模式下的医学图像远程诊断系统，与PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System图像存档和传输系统)相结合，实现实时在线对图像的远程诊断，以及专家在线交流及会诊功能。
Abstract：This article introduces the combination of computer and the medical diagnostic imaging, and describes the performance of the computer technology in the development and application of imaging diagnosis．The medical image remote diagnosis system based on B / S mode is developed, using the Web technology and combining with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). The system can achieve the on-line remote diagnosis of image，and online communication with experts and consultation functions．
