Abstract：CRBT is the personal value-added services which is the key project of telecommunications company．In practical engineering design，how to calculate treatment capacity of CRBT，how can both guarantee service complete smoothly and save money for the telecommunication operator，have become the key point of the CRBT．Aiming to these problems，the article explains the technology of CRBT service，the calculation model and method of server treatment capacity．
