Abstract:This paper proposes a solution of services and sales system based on data sharing mechanism in China.We study the current situations of China’s telecommunication enterprises’operations and existing supporting systems.Our solution includes functional structure,content and mechanisms of data sharing,and in-depth analysis of economic and social benefits of such systems.
