Abstract：To the network for the information age，people have a demand on the faster and more reliable and more extensive network services．Service platforms applications will also need better interaction and security， and stronger with the capacity and availability．This paper is based on cluster and load balancem，and further introduces the basic structure of lvs/dr，its performance and architecture．And adopted the scheme of virtual server load balancing cluster，the system deals with the problem of vehicle terminal access under high concurrent and forwarding data to the subcenter on the server cluster，distributed computing etc．This is of important significance in practice．
