Abstract:With the deepening of higher vocational education reform, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of so-
cial ability and method ability in addition to technical ability in teaching. For the "three-dimensional ability" assessment mode gener-
ated by this reform idea, more attention has been paid to the assessment of the state and performance of students in the learning pro-
cess. At present, most of the domestic performance management systems are based on the functions of final performance statistics,
teachers' performance and learning query. There are few records for students in the learning process. The development of informa-
tion technology also makes it possible to record students' learning state in class. The "three-dimensional ability" assessment system
of higher vocational colleges is the result of the development of both.
