摘要移动电视和监督，是手机视频当前和今后的主要发展方面。对如何实现移动电视功能及其运行模式进行了分析，介绍了CMMB的优缺点，展示了移动监控功能以及“机器对机器”的实现。

Abstract：Mobile TV and monitor is the main development aspects of the present and the future．The way to achieve mobile TV function and operating mode are analyzed．The advantages and disadvantages of the CMMB are introduced．On the other hand，the features of mobile monitoring and how the realization of“Machine to Machine”are shown．
