Abstract：The paper analyses the architecture of the platform in e-government which shares information，puts forward using service-oriented architecture to achieve the platform，it shows the structure and design principle for e-government，and using Microsoft BizTalk in the solution，designed and implemented the BizTalk-based e-government application standard format for data exchange among heterogeneous system model．
