基于Maximo的工程项目管理

摘要对于发电企业来说，工程项目管理与设备资产的维护管理是密不可分的。在建立完善的资产管理系统的基础上，构建工程项目管理平台，将实现工程项目与资产管理的无缝连接。文章结合基于Maximo的工程项目管理系统在珠海金湾发电有限公司的建设及应用情况，分析阐述了应用Maximo平台建设工程项目管理系统的优势，并全面介绍了系统的整体情况。

Abstract：For electricity generation enterprises，Project management and assets maintenance are inseparable．On establishing a Comprehensive EAM，Building a project management platform，will connect the project and asset management seamlessly．This Paper is based on the construction and application experience of the Maximo-based Construction Project Management system in JINWAN power Company．Analysis and discuss the advantages of Maximo-based Project Management system，and give an overview of the system as a whole．
