新一代计费系统——在线计费系统简介

摘要本文着重介绍了，在通信计费领域出现的新型计费方式——在线计费系统（Online Charging System）。分析了OCS在标准产品支撑和数据业务支撑方面的优势。介绍了OCS的基本功能、系统架构、外围接口、各个功能模块及其相互关系。这种计费方式，提高了业务支撑能力，对数据业务和增值业务实现了实时计费，更加有效地防止了欠费，将逐步成为新一代的电信业计费方式。

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces the field，the new method of the billing system — — the online charging system．The OCS has its advantages in product and business support．The paper introduces the basic function，and the external interface system，individual functional modules and their relationship．This method improves business support for data，and increase business for the time，more effectively prevent the money that they owed．
