摘要 3G时代的融合计费非常重要，能否建立一套适应3G业务发展需要的计费系统是运营商在3G时代的市场竞争中取胜的关键。文本介绍了3G计费的关键技术，详细分析了融合计费的业务流程和实现方式，对融合计费系统的建设方案进行了分析，提出了融合计费解决方案的体系架构。
