This article is based on evaluation concepts of development and the use of informationization conditions for teachers to create collaborative discussing environment and to promote cooperation and development of teaching evaluation information management system for further study．With the practice of our school "Education festival，" we aim to gradually form a classroom evaluation criteria and evaluation system to standardize information management system validated and build up an ideal operational network environment for discussions and communicativity．Thereby we devote to establishing a significant collaboration atmosphere for teachers’professional development．
