浅述新兴的电子系统故障预测与健康管理

摘要介绍了新兴的电子产品故障预测与健康管理（PHM）理念，给出了电子系统PHM的体系结构，分析了电子系统PHM关键技术，最后探讨和分析了实现电子系统PHM的四种主要方法。

Abstract：This paper introduces the prognostics and health management(PHM) concept of electronic products，presents the architecture of electronic systems PHM，analyzes the key technology of PHM in electronic systems，at last，four methods to achieve PHM of electronic products are discussed and analyzed．
