现代信息技术在公务员案例教学中的应用

摘要将现代信息技术应用于公务员案例教学，并充分发挥教师的“启”“导作用”，改变了传统理论灌输方式，使公务员培训中能力培养、互动研讨、鲜活实例得到重视，有助于学员开拓思路、提高能力、激发自信、开发潜能，从而实现公务员培训效果的优化。

Abstract：It should be helpful for the optimization of the public servant training effects by applying the modern information technology to case based study where the teacher acts as a conductor and inductor．It transfers traditional theoretical learning into cases analyzing and discussing which is available for broadening ideas，improving capabilities，enhancing self-confidence and activating potentials for learners．
