Abstract:Single neuron PID controller is better to speed control system with regard to the dynamic performance and start performance. In this paper,a improved single neuron PID control algorithm is utilized for the brushless DC motor speed system.The system has been modeled and simulated with MATLAB/Simulink toolboxes.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible to achieve robust speed control on a brushless DC motor.Compared to the traditional PID controller,the proposed system is easier to realize.
