关于财经院校实验技术人员绩效考核办法的思考

摘要对财经院校实验技术人员实施有效的绩效考核有利于调动实验技术人员的积极性，有利于财经专业实验教学的发展和财经应用型人才的培养，本文对目前财经院校实验技术人员绩效考核中的不足进行了分析，并对此提出了建议。

Abstract：Efficient examination for laboratory technicians is very beneficial for improving experimental teaching and the cultivating talents with applied ability of Finance & Economics．This article analyzes the disadvantages of current examination for laboratory technicians，and puts forward the suggestions．
