企业测试题研究及其对编程教育的启示

摘要

编程能力测试是企业衡量人才水平的重要手段，编程测试题也在一定程度上代表了企业的人才需求。论文对测试题进行了研究，分析了测试题的基本特征和现有编程教育的不足之处，并提出要加强对测试题的研究，以此来指导编程教育改革，使得学校培养的人才更符合社会的需求。

Abstract：Programming competency testing is an important means of measuring talents by enterprises，while the programming examinations demonstrate the demand of enterprises partly．In this paper，these examinations are studied，their features are analyzed and the deficiencies of current programming education are discussed．It is suggested that the research of programming examinations should be strengthened，which could guide the reform of programming education and make trained professionals more suited to the society．
