Abstract：With the rapid development of computer networks，the employment of college graduates is linked to the network．Because of the virtualization of network，there is high risk in the operation．Therefore，it is necessary to establish the college graduates employment network with monitoring mechanism．This paper talks about the background of network construction first，then analyzes the basic construction principles and proposes the application of college graduates employment network as well as its development trend．
