基于ITIL的教学设备运维服务台系统的设计与研究

摘要本文从教学设备运行与维护管理的实际情况出发，对目前教学设备运维管理存在的问题进行分析与研究，探讨ITIL服务台、工作流技术在教学设备运行与维护管理上的应用，为后续进一步研究提供了有益的探索经验。

Abstract： In this paper, account to teaching equipment operation and maintenance management of application, analysis and research problems of teaching equipment operation and maintenance in management, discusses the application of ITIL service desk and workflow in teaching equipment operation and maintenance management, and provide the useful experience of exploration for the follow-up study.
